Usage Steps

1

Upload PDF

Select a PDF to check for compatibility. The tool will first read its structure information.

2

View Diagnostic Results

First, confirm whether there are structural warnings, whether the file is encrypted, and whether exporting a repaired version is recommended.

3

Download Repaired Version

Once confirmed, a new PDF will be rewritten and exported, making it more suitable for sharing, archiving, or processing with other tools.

Why use this tool

Diagnose First, Then Repair

It first tells you whether structural warnings are detected, then lets you decide whether to export a repaired version, avoiding blind repetitive processing.

Compatibility Rewrite Export

By re-exporting the PDF structure, it helps certain readers, print workflows, or downstream processing tools open files more reliably.

Files Stay Local

Checking, repairing, and downloading all happen in your current browser, making it ideal for PDFs containing contracts, invoices, or internal documents.

Seamless Integration with Other PDF Tools

If a file frequently throws errors, repair its compatibility first before splitting, merging, or extracting content for more reliable results.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this deep corruption recovery?
No. The first version mainly focuses on compatibility fixes and structure rewrite exports, and does not guarantee the recovery of missing, truncated, or severely corrupted page content.
Can encrypted PDFs be directly repaired?
No. The current tool does not directly process password-protected PDFs. Please remove the opening password first, then return here for compatibility repair.
If the check shows no errors, is it still worth exporting a repaired version?
Yes. Even without obvious structural warnings, re-exporting a more standardized PDF may still improve compatibility with certain readers, print workflows, or third-party tools.
Will files be uploaded to the server?
No. The entire checking and repair process is completed locally in your browser, and files will not be uploaded to any server.
