PDF Watermark Removal

Detects watermarks and duplicate content in PDFs. Confirm the items you want to process, then generate the removal results. All processing is done locally in your browser.

Security and Privacy Commitment

All operations are completed locally in your browser—files are never uploaded to any server, ensuring your data remains absolutely secure.

Upload PDF and Remove Watermark

The tool first detects processable watermarks and duplicate content, then removes them based on your selections and exports the results. By default, it prioritizes candidates with clear boundaries and lower risk.

Upload PDF to remove watermark

Drag the PDF here or click to select a file. The tool will first detect watermarks and duplicate content, then provide an export with group-based removal.

All processing is done locally in your browser. No files are uploaded.

After Entering the Workspace

After upload completes, the upload area will automatically hide and switch to a left-right layout: preview PDF on the left, confirm content to remove and export results on the right.

Re-upload Method

After entering the workspace, you can re-upload PDF anytime from the file header on the right side, without needing to return to the top to find the upload area.

Usage Steps

1

Upload PDF

After uploading, you'll automatically enter the workbench: preview the PDF on the left, and view detection results on the right to prepare for removal.

2

Confirm items to process

Detected watermarks and duplicates will be listed on the right. By default, only candidates suitable for direct processing are selected, but you can adjust manually.

3

Generate cleaned results

Generate the PDF with watermarks removed, or directly upload a new file on the right to continue processing without returning to the top.

Why this design

Detect first, then decide how to remove

Different watermark sources require different processing methods. Detecting the content source first helps minimize unintended changes to the main text and layout.

Supports content stream rewriting, but stays conservative

The tool already supports rewriting content streams, but only candidates with clear boundaries and lower risk are checked by default.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will PDFs be uploaded?
No. Detection, candidate selection, and export are all completed locally in your browser.
Why can't some watermarks be completely removed yet?
This usually means the matches cannot be reliably mapped to specific annotation objects or content stream boundaries, and direct deletion risks damaging the main content.
What cases does content stream modification currently support?
Currently prioritizes removal of high-confidence text display instructions and image XObject drawing references, without forcibly rewriting all path drawing content.
Why might some watermarks remain after processing?
This usually means the candidate confidence is insufficient, content stream boundaries are unclear, or the watermark has been deeply merged with the main text/background image.
